Peter Ferraro is an Ontario lawyer with more than twenty-five years of experience in senior executive legal roles with industry-leading North American companies. Peter has served as in-house Corporate Counsel with John Labatt Limited and as Senior Vice-President, General Counsel & Secretary for Parmalat Canada.

Peter presently acts as private counsel to other successful Canadian companies and advises several CEOs and Presidents on strategic business matters in their respective diverse industries.

Peter has also taken the lead and successfully concluded numerous North American and International business transactions. Peter has completed the Management Certification Program at Rutgers University and has obtained a Chartered Director designation from The Director’s College.

He has recently concluded three successful terms as Chair of Guelph General Hospital’s Board of Directors, a board he has been dedicated to for several years. He also serves as a Board Director for Bioenterprise Corporation, a biotechnology business development company.
