Top-performing energy technology students from Conestoga College were presented with Academic Excellence Awards from GrandBridge Energy at an awards ceremony hosted by the college on June 15, 2023.

Aidan Curell was awarded the GrandBridge Energy Inc. Electrical Engineering Technology Academic Excellence Award and Charles Weston was awarded the GrandBridge Energy Inc. Energy Systems Engineering Technology Academic Excellence Award. Aidan and Charles each received $1,000 from GrandBridge Energy to contribute to their final year of study in the Electrical Engineering Technology and Energy Systems Technology programs.

In addition to the Conestoga College awards, GrandBridge Energy also sponsors annual post-secondary academic awards for Wilfrid Laurier University (Brantford) and University of Waterloo students.
