With two decades of electrical utility experience, Tyler Tracey brings knowledge and expertise to his role as the Vice-President of Customer Experience & Information Technology Services (ITS). He is responsible for providing strategic leadership and operational direction for both the customer service experience and information technology services functions, ensuring seamless integration and exceptional service delivery.

Throughout his career, Tyler has held various leadership roles across critical areas such as customer services, communications, billing and settlement, credit and collections, and GIS and asset management. His multifaceted experience has equipped him with a deep understanding of the intricacies of delivering top-notch customer experiences while leveraging cutting-edge technology to optimize operational efficiency.

Tyler’s educational background further reinforces his capabilities in driving innovation and sustainability within the business landscape. He holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honours and an Advanced Diploma as an Applications Specialist. He also earned his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Lang School of Business and Economics at the University of Guelph, specializing in Sustainable Commerce.
