As an e-billing customer, you’ll have immediate access to your bills as soon as they are posted, giving you more time to review them and budget for payments. Have more than one account? No problem, you can link multiple accounts to one user ID/log in.

Sign Up for My Account & Paperless Billing

You’ll automatically be signed up for paperless billing when you register for My Account online.

  1. Visit My Account
  2. Click Sign Up Now
  3. Complete the registration form. You’ll need a copy of your most recent bill to register.
  4. Click on the link you receive in the confirmation email to validate the registration and activate your account.
  5. Log in and explore what My Account has to offer.

The Benefits of My Account

  • Compare prices to determine which rate is best for you, based on your consumption; and submit your rate change request through your portal.
  • Assess interactive graphs that help you monitor your electricity consumption patterns and track energy-efficient upgrades to your property.
  • Compare your consumption year over year.
  • View multiple bills under one user ID/profile.
  • Download copies of current and past bills.
  • Make one-time credit card payments or set up auto-pay by credit card.
  • Review and download your transaction history.
  • Launch Green Button data to analyze your usage.

Large Commercial Customers

Large commercial customers can sign up for My Account to receive paperless billing, view bills and track transaction history.

The interval energy data is available through the Large Customer Energy Portal, where you can monitor monthly peak reports and determine opportunities for energy efficiency in base load energy.
