For Taxable Supply

Any Generation payment issued to the applicant is consideration for a taxable supply, (i.e. purchase of electric power under the terms of a MicroFIT or FIT contract).

Sales taxes will be calculated and paid on the Generation payment only if the applicant is a GST/HST registrant and provides a valid GST/HST registration number at the time an application for a MicroFIT or FIT contract is received by GrandBridge Energy.

During the term of the MicroFIT or FIT contract, any change with respect to the applicant’s GST/HST registration status must be forwarded in writing to:
