GrandBridge Energy delivers safe and reliable electricity to 113,000 customers in the City of Brantford, the City of Cambridge, the Township of North Dumfries and the County of Brant. GrandBridge Energy’s service territory spans approximately 636 square kilometres.

Corporate Governance

GrandBridge Energy Inc. is a subsidiary of GrandBridge Corporation. GrandBridge Corporation is an investment holding company owned by the municipal shareholders, the City of Cambridge (54.3%), the City of Brantford (41%), and the Township of North Dumfries (4.7%).

GrandBridge Corporation has a 100% ownership in GrandBridge Energy Inc., GrandBridge Group Inc. and GrandBridge Solutions Inc.  GrandBridge Group and GrandBridge Solutions are focused on providing a wide range of energy services to customers. GrandBridge Group includes Netoptiks, a tele-communications division, and Enersure, a home comfort rental division.

GrandBridge Energy is committed to upholding strong governance practices, which are mobilized by our Board of Directors. Together, these board members ensure business practices and strategies are aligned with the objectives of the company and they manage risks and leverage new opportunities.
