GrandBridge Energy strongly believes in contributing to the communities we serve.

Our Community Strategy ensures balanced support across our service territories and alignment with our Vision, Mission, Values and Strategic Plan. One of our Strategic Goals is to Enable Community Ambitions, which we do by providing corporate monetary donations, sponsorships and in-kind support.

With the help of our employee volunteers, we support over 70 community organizations annually and provide more than $100,000 in donations and sponsorships.

Our primary focus is non-profit or charitable organizations, including initiatives related to health and wellness, safety, child and youth development and families. At GrandBridge Energy, we bridge connections between our company and the community through community involvement initiatives.

Some of the many ways we are lending a helping hand:

  • Establishing relationships with and supporting Indigenous organizations.
  • Providing thousands of elementary students with resources and education about electrical safety.
  • Supporting the United Way Brant and United Way Waterloo through corporate and employee donations.
  • Helping to ensure our community does not go hungry by donating to local food banks and school nutrition programs.
  • Providing annual donations to the Brant Community Healthcare System Foundation and the Cambridge Memorial Hospital Foundation.
  • Sponsoring awards and scholarships to high school and post-secondary students.
