Resuming Bill Delivery Following Canada Post Service Disruption

Updated Customer Notice

Options for Receiving Your Bill

Hard copy paper GrandBridge Energy bills will be delivered by Canada Post in the coming weeks. We expect delays for mail service to and from GrandBridge Energy, due to a backlog at Canada Post.

Customers will receive their current bills (as well as previous bills that were held during the service disruption). We apologize for any confusion and appreciate your patience while Canada Post resumes normal operations.

Customers signed up for paperless eBilling will continue to receive their bills as usual.

We offer several convenient methods for customers to receive and pay their bills by the due date:

  1. Sign up for My Account. You can view your bill and energy consumption data, current account balance, payment history and detailed energy usage online, 24/7. When you sign up, you will automatically be enrolled in eBilling and receive an email notification with a summary of your bill and a link to view your bill on the My Account portal.
  2. Opt-in for eBilling. Log in to your My Account. Click the Profile tab. Click the Account List tab. Check eBill Opt-In. Click the Update Account Settings button. You will receive an email notification with a summary of your bill and a link to view your bills on the My Account portal.
  3. Our Customer Service Team can assist by email or phone at 1-877-871-2215, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Options for Paying Your Bill

Thank you to all our customers who made alternate arrangements during the Canada Post service disruption. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility.

Customers are responsible for paying their bills by the due date to avoid late payment charges. Customers can choose several convenient options to pay their bills:

  1. Sign up for pre-authorized payments. Your payment will be automatically withdrawn from your bank account. Sign Up form
  2. Pay through your financial institution. Customers can pay their bills online or over the telephone.
  3. Pay using a credit card. Use Mastercard or Visa to pay using Paymentus. A service charge will apply.
  4. Payment drop boxes are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, at both GrandBridge Energy offices. Customers are advised not to deposit cash in the drop boxes at 39 Glebe Street, Cambridge, and 150 Savannah Oaks Drive, Brantford. GrandBridge Energy WILL NOT be responsible for cash payments placed in the boxes.
  5. Pay by cheque, money order or cash in-person during regular business hours at 39 Glebe Street, Cambridge and 150 Savannah Oaks Drive, Brantford. Cash will be accepted if paying exact amount (change will not be provided)

Important:  Please avoid sending payments through the mail due to the current backlog at Canada Post.
