Vice-President, Distribution System Operations

As Vice-President of Distribution System Operations, Dmitriy Lisovskiy provides vision, strategy and leadership to the team responsible for asset management, distribution system planning, stations, grid operations, distributed automation, SCADA and the geographic information system (GIS). In his role, Dmitriy and his team are dedicated to ensuring the safe, reliable and efficient delivery of electricity to our customers.

Dmitriy has over a decade of utility industry experience in progressive leadership roles and has many areas of expertise including electrical distribution engineering, long-term strategic capital planning, Ontario Regulation 22/04 compliance, capital program management, contract administration, procurement and operations. Prior to taking on his current position, Dmitriy held a senior leadership role with Brantford Power Inc. and was accountable for Engineering, Operations, Stations, Distributed Generation and Metering. Dmitriy has a proven ability to deliver results by virtue of his macro-business understanding, collaborative leadership style and ability to inspire others.

Dmitriy is a registered Professional Engineer in Ontario (P.Eng.) and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Wilfrid Laurier University.
