Ernie Vidovic leads the Operations team for GrandBridge Energy Inc., which includes, construction and maintenance, service and power outage response, purchasing, stores, locates, facilities and fleet management. Ernie is responsible for operations oversight of 70 employees in the Cambridge and Brantford areas.

Ernie joined Energy+ Inc in 2016 and brings over 30 years of experience in the energy sector in various leadership positions in the area of Operations, including utility construction, project management, fiber optics, customer care and system control.

Ernie has a Bachelor of Technology degree in Energy Engineering from McMaster University, a Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Waterloo, and an Electronics Engineering Technology diploma from Mohawk College. Additional noted achievements include a Masters Certificate in Energy Sector Leadership as well as a Masters Certificate in Project Management from Schulich School of Business at York University. Ernie is currently registered as an Engineer in Training with the Professional Engineers of Ontario, has his CET designation with the Ontario Association of Certified Engineering Technicians and Technologists. He is currently registered in the Chartered Directors program through the DeGroote School of Business at McMaster University and sits as a board member for Tillsonburg Hydro.
