Sarah Hughes is the Vice President, Corporate Services and CFO at GrandBridge Energy Inc. Sarah is responsible for providing strategic leadership and guidance for strategy and business planning, regulatory affairs, customer service, accounting and financial reporting, treasury, enterprise risk management, and corporate communications.

Sarah has 20 years of experience in the energy sector in senior leadership roles, most recently as the Chief Financial Officer for Energy+ Inc. and prior to joining Energy+ was Vice President, Finance at Horizon Utilities Corporation.

Sarah is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) and received her Chartered Director designation (C. Dir.) from the Directors College in 2016. Academic achievements also include a Masters of Accounting and Honours Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Waterloo.

Sarah is currently a member of the Ontario Energy Board’s Adjudicative Modernization Committee and is a member of the Board for the Cambridge Chamber of Commerce.
