Sarah Hughes is the President and CEO of GrandBridge Energy Inc.

Sarah is a passionate and authentic leader with expertise in strategic planning, people and talent management, mergers and acquisitions, operations, finance and accounting in diverse industries. She has a proven ability to positively impact business growth, optimize and integrate business operations, identify and implement synergy opportunities and maximize returns to shareholders.

Sarah serves as a Board Member of the Electricity Distributors Association and the Cambridge Chamber of Commerce.

Sarah is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CA) with over 30 years of experience, including 20 years in the energy sector, as well as the broadcasting, telecommunications, and financial services industries.

Sarah has a Masters of Accounting and Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of Waterloo, Ontario. Sarah obtained her Chartered Director (C.Dir.) designation from The Directors College (a joint venture between The Conference Board of Canada and McMaster University) in 2016.
