Terry Smith is President of O2Z Corporation and has extensive experience in the electrical power generation and distribution industries domestically and internationally. O2Z specializes in providing environmental compliance strategies and technologies, including using carbon-neutral and renewable energy sources.

He has held senior management positions in large corporations and has served on the Board of several companies, including E.ON Engineering Corp, the North American engineering division of E.ON Ag, one of the world’s largest integrated utilities. Terry is a mechanical engineer and a graduate of the Banff School of Advanced Management.
