The undersigned hereby acknowledges and agrees that the approved meter socket plug-in transfer device installed at the above property was installed by an electrical contractor licensed in accordance with Ontario Regulation 570/05 (Licensing of Electrical Contractors and Master Electricians) made under the Electricity Act, 1998.
The undersigned also acknowledges and agrees that GrandBridge Energy (GBE) has the right to disconnect and/or remove the approved meter socket plug-in transfer device if, for any reason, GBE suspects that the installed equipment may be causing disturbances within the GBE electrical distribution system, or if removal is required to accommodate a GBE temporary power adaptor.
Finally, the undersigned acknowledges and agrees that if any damage occurs to any property, electrical equipment or the electrical distribution system and the cause of damage is found to be the result of the approved meter socket plug-in transfer device or by any other customer-owned equipment, the customer is responsible for 100% of the cost of repairs.
