Retrofit regional adders are designed to accelerate energy-efficiency upgrades in electricity-constrained areas by doubling standard Retrofit incentives.
These Retrofit Regional Adder incentives apply to GrandBridge Energy customers in Brant/Brantford only, specifically where the project site postal code begins with: N3L, N3P, N3R, N3S, N3T or N3V.
In qualifying areas, most Prescriptive measures of the Retrofit Program are eligible for double the standard incentive, except the following:

Regional adders have been expanded to Custom projects (for most non-lighting projects), enabling eligible applicants to receive double the incentive rates of:
*Measurement and verification plan will be required for those Custom projects with an estimated incentive of at least $120,000*
