Canada Post Service Disruption

Due to a potential Canada Post service disruption, customers may experience delays in receiving their GrandBridge Energy paper bills. eBills will continue to be delivered.

Customers are responsible for paying their bills by the due date to avoid late payment charges.

 

What You Need to Know

Options for Receiving Bills

  1. Register for My Account to view your current bill, account balance, payment history and detailed energy usage online.
  2. Sign up for paperless eBilling to receive your bill notice electronically. Receive an email notification with a summary of your bill and a link to view you eBill. eBills will continue to be delivered throughout a postal disruption.
  3. Ensure your contact information is updated. GrandBridge Energy will send email/telephone messages to customers when a bill is issued, including the current bill amount and the bill due date.
  4. Contact Customer Services Team by email or phone at 1-877-871-2215, Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Options for Paying Bills

Do not mail a bill payment during a Canada Post disruption. Use available digital and alternative payment methods instead of regular Canada Post delivery.

  1. Sign up for pre-authorized payments. Payments will be automatically withdrawn from your bank account on the bill due date during a postal disruption.
  2. Pay through your financial institution. Customers can pay their bills online or over the telephone.
  3. Pay using a credit card. Use Mastercard or Visa to pay using Paymentus. A service charge will apply.
  4. Payment drop boxes. Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, at GrandBridge Energy offices in Cambridge and Brantford. Do not deposit cash in the drop boxes. GrandBridge Energy WILL NOT be responsible for cash payments placed in drop boxes.
  5. Pay by cheque, money order or cash in-person. During regular business hours at GrandBridge Energy offices in Cambridge and Brantford. Cash will be accepted if paying exact amounts (change can not e provided).
