The property owner must contact our Customer Care Department at least 48 hours prior to having the service energized and metering apparatus installed. The customer may be required to provide a security deposit.
Connection authorization from the Electrical Safety Authority (ESA) is also required. The company applying for electrical service, or its representative, shall provide GrandBridge Energy Inc. with a Load Estimate, as outlined below, prior to the service being energized. The load estimate will show the projected electrical demand of the customer at that time, in kilowatts (kW).
