As Vice-President of Corporate Development and Strategy, Theo leads the development of corporate strategy and the evaluation of growth opportunities, acquisitions, partnerships and investments for GrandBridge Energy and our non-regulated affiliate GrandBridge Group.

Theo brings more than 15 years of experience in renewable energy transactions and power markets in Canada and internationally.  Prior to joining GrandBridge Energy, Theo was Vice President of Business Development and Head of Mergers and Acquisitions at JCM Power, an independent power producer with over 200MW of operating renewable energy assets in emerging markets.

Before JCM Power, Theo worked at KPMG where he led buy and sell-side transaction mandates for renewable energy and infrastructure assets across Canada and at NBGI Private Equity in London, where he originated and executed investments in renewable energy projects in European markets.

Theo has an MBA from York University, Schulich School of Business and a Bachelor in Banking and Finance from University of Piraeus.
