Planning for the Future

GrandBridge Energy is planning for the future of our local electricity system. As we develop our next five-year Distribution System Plan, we’re looking at the investments needed to maintain and modernize the grid while continuing to provide safe, reliable electricity as our communities grow and electricity needs evolve.

Customer input is an important part of this process. We want to understand what matters most to you so your priorities can help inform how we plan for the electricity system of tomorrow.

Your Feedback Matters

Customer Engagement Surveys

Residential / Small Commercial Survey

GrandBridge Energy has partnered with UtilityPULSE, an independent utility research company, to conduct our Customer Engagement Survey. Customers will be contacted at random to complete the survey, or you can access the survey, coming in October, to provide your feedback for future plans that directly impact system reliability.

Large Customer Survey

GrandBridge Energy is partnering with UtilityPULSE to launch a Customer Engagement Survey specifically for our large-use customers, >50kW. We want to better understand your business’s future electricity needs, including anticipated changes in demand, while gathering feedback on investment priorities and potential trade-offs for a more reliable system. The survey will be available in October.
