A Canada Post service disruption is possible as early as May 22, 2025, which could delay delivery of your mailed bill.  eBills will continue to be emailed.

How to Sign Up for Paperless Billing

The first step to going paperless is to register for My Account online:

Please have your GrandBridge Energy bill available when you complete the registration for My Account. New customers must have received their first paper bill before they can register for My Account and sign up for eBilling.

  1. Visit My Account
  2. Click the Sign Up Now button.
  3. Complete the fields in the registration form. You’ll need a copy of your most recent bill to register.
  4. Accept the Terms of Use.
  5. Click the Sign Up Now button.

 

Already registered for My Account online and want to opt-in for Paperless Billing?

 

  1. Go to to My Account.
  2. On the dashboard, select Profile.
  3. Click on the Account List tab.
  4. Click on the eBill Opt-In box and enter your email address.
  5. Click on the Update Account Settings button.

You will receive an email notification when your next bill is ready to view.

 

How to Sign up for eNews

Sign up for our eNews by visiting grandbridgeenergy.com/#newsletter and click on the Subscribe button to complete and submit the online form.

Once signed up, we’ll send you quarterly service updates, seasonal energy-saving tips, safety reminders and information about financial assistance programs delivered to your inbox! You can Unsubscribe at any time.

Large Commercial Customers

Large commercial customers can sign up for My Account to receive paperless billing, view bills and track transaction history.

The interval energy data is available through the Large Customer Energy Portal, where you can monitor monthly peak reports and determine opportunities for energy efficiency in base load energy.
