GrandBridge Energy customers will notice a refreshed look to their electricity bill, designed to make it easier to read and understand.
Beginning February 3, customers will start receiving a new, full-colour bill format that improves clarity, consistency, and overall usability. The redesigned bill features a cleaner layout and clearer organization, making it easier to quickly find important information such as electricity usage, billing period, how their current usage compares to previous billing periods, as well as the amount due and payment due date.
To help customers become familiar with the updated layout, we have refreshed our Understanding My Bill webpage, which walks you through the new bill design, explains where to find key details, and answers common billing questions.
