GrandBridge Energy is inviting customers to share their priorities for the future of our local electricity system through a new Customer Engagement Survey, open until November 30, 2026.
As we develop our next five-year Distribution System Plan, we’re looking at the investments needed to maintain and modernize our electricity grid while continuing to provide safe, reliable service as our communities grow and energy needs evolve. Customer feedback will play an important role in informing our future planning and investment priorities.
We’ve partnered with UtilityPULSE, an independent utility research firm, to conduct the survey. Randomly selected residential and business customers may be contacted and invited to participate. Participation is voluntary, and customers do not need to wait to be contacted to share their feedback.
