GrandBridge Energy Releases 2025 Corporate Responsibility Report

Cambridge, ON (Thursday, May 28) – GrandBridge Energy is proud to release its 2025 Corporate Responsibility Report, Delivering Sustainable Progress, highlighting a pivotal year in advancing the organization’s environmental, social and governance (ESG) commitments and further integrating sustainability into its decision-making and operations.

The report, available at grandbridgeenergy.com/report, outlines how GrandBridge Energy is moving from setting direction to delivering measurable progress while continuing to provide the safe, reliable and affordable electricity customers depend on.

Key highlights from the 2025 report include:

  • Formal measurement of Scope 1 and 2 greenhouse gas emissions across facilities, fleet and the distribution system to establish baseline data for future emissions reduction initiatives;
  • Development of GridShare, an innovative program designed to help manage peak electricity demand and strengthen grid resiliency through flexible customer-driven solutions;
  • Expansion of GrandBridge Energy’s electric vehicle fleet to support emissions reduction goals;
  • Implementation of advanced technologies to enhance reliability, optimize system performance and support operational excellence;
  • Investments in employee safety, training and workforce development, including partnerships supporting apprenticeships, co-op placements and skilled trades development; and
  • Strengthened community, customer and Indigenous engagement initiatives focused on collaboration, conservation and long-term sustainability.

The report also highlights enhanced governance oversight in 2025, including expanded Board responsibilities related to ESG, cybersecurity and regulatory compliance, reinforcing accountability and long-term strategic focus across the organization.
