The report, available at grandbridgeenergy.com/report, outlines how GrandBridge Energy is moving from setting direction to delivering measurable progress while continuing to provide the safe, reliable and affordable electricity customers depend on.

- Formal measurement of Scope 1 and 2 greenhouse gas emissions across facilities, fleet and the distribution system to establish baseline data for future emissions reduction initiatives;
- Development of GridShare, an innovative program designed to help manage peak electricity demand and strengthen grid resiliency through flexible customer-driven solutions;
- Expansion of GrandBridge Energy’s electric vehicle fleet to support emissions reduction goals;
- Implementation of advanced technologies to enhance reliability, optimize system performance and support operational excellence;
- Investments in employee safety, training and workforce development, including partnerships supporting apprenticeships, co-op placements and skilled trades development; and
- Strengthened community, customer and Indigenous engagement initiatives focused on collaboration, conservation and long-term sustainability.
The report also highlights enhanced governance oversight in 2025, including expanded Board responsibilities related to ESG, cybersecurity and regulatory compliance, reinforcing accountability and long-term strategic focus across the organization.
